Imagine if the resources to fund your community’s vision didn’t depend on distant grants or big donors, but on the collective power of the people right next to you?
One of the greatest challenges for local organizers, community projects is securing the resources needed to turn a vision into reality. Whether it’s starting a community garden, launching a local energy cooperative, or funding a legal challenge against environmental damage, it all costs money.
Crowdfunding offers a democratic alternative, allowing organizers to raise funds while simultaneously building a base of committed supporters. Join us for this practical, 90-minute workshop on successful crowdfunding. We will move past the theory and get into the how-to, providing you with the skills to plan, launch, and manage a campaign that resonates with your community.
